As Manager of Worship Solutions he is responsible for all worship related sales, operating and marketing activity. During the past six years he has experienced NCM’s tremendous growth from 5 churches to 170 churches today. Tom’s passion is working with church plants, mega-churches or multi-site churches to effectively utilize theatres in the middle of the market place. Tom is married to Jenny and they enjoy there two children, Donovan and Ashlyn. Tom enjoys golf and football and spending time with family and friends. Tom is a graduate of Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, Co.
