Randy Siever is a gifted evangelist and an experienced leader. He served 20 years on the Young Life staff (77-97), and then nine years as a pastor at a large church near Reno, Nevada before joining Off The Map in 2007. He received a B.A. in Philosophy from San Jose State University, and a M.A. in Christian Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. Randy and his high school sweetheart, Sandy (married since 1976) love taking long rides on his Harley, which he finds enormously spiritual and therapeutic. He also loves reading, camping (in an RV these days, mostly), lake kayaking, and good cigars. Randy and Sandy have three adult children and live in Sparks, Nevada.
