Youth Pastor
New Song Community Church
Jim has been the youth pastor at New Song Community Church in Oceanside, California, for the past six years. Four years ago, he founded the Youth Group of Oceanside, a collection of youth ministries throughout the city that have teamed up to create a city-wide movement. Youth Group of Oceanside is now a nonprofit organization, and it's having a huge impact on the city's youth. Jim's also the writer and producer of New Song's first motion picture, How to Save a Life.
