Doug Grote, Director of Partner Growth at Upward Unlimited has a heart for seeing families come to Christ through the Upward Ministry. Prior to working for Upward Unlimited, Doug was the Recreation Minister at Cool Spring Baptist Church in Richmond, VA. He has been an Upward Basketball League Director for 6 years, Upward Flag Football League Director for 3 years, Upward Soccer League Director for 4 years, and an Upward Cheerleading League Director for 1 year. Grote is a 2000 graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned a Masters of Christian Education. Doug is married with 3 children.
